The verified badge is earned, not bought
Some builders take deposits and disappear. So we check builders before they get a badge: license, insurance, and photos of finished builds. A builder cannot buy the badge. A listing without it tells you what has not been checked yet.
Before you sign anything, ask three things. Is this shell or turnkey, in writing. Who stamps the engineering. What did your last three builds cost per square foot.
