Barndo Finder is a directory. We compile builder listings from public records and public business data, we publish cost estimates, and we pass quote requests to builders. We are not a builder, a contractor, a lender, or anyone's agent. Any contract you sign is between you and the builder.

Cost figures labeled directory estimates are estimates. They come from published pricing and regional cost data, and we replace them with verified quote data as it comes in. They are a starting point for your budget, not a promise of what your build will cost. Get real quotes before you commit money. Our cost page explains the methodology.

A verified badge means we checked a license against a state database and saw an insurance certificate at a point in time. Licenses lapse, insurance gets cancelled, and companies change. A badge is a good sign, not a guarantee. Always do your own checks before signing: license, insurance, references, and completed builds. Listings without a badge say exactly what has not been checked.

Google ratings shown on listings are reported by Google, not created by us.

Listings are compiled from public information and are free. Builders can claim their listing to correct it. If a listing about your company is wrong, email us and we fix it or remove it. Paid placement, where it exists, is always labeled.

We work to keep the data accurate, and we correct errors when we find them or you report them. But we cannot guarantee any builder's work, solvency, or conduct, and we are not liable for the outcome of any construction project, contract, or loan you enter after using this site. The site is provided as is.

Do not scrape the site wholesale, republish our dataset, or submit fake quote requests or claims. Builders: do not claim listings you do not represent. We remove abusive submissions and block abusers.
