SEMCO Construction is a 4th generation family owned builder based in Yukon, Oklahoma, serving the Oklahoma City metro including Edmond, El Reno, Bethany, Moore, Mustang, Piedmont, and Tuttle. The company has built custom homes in the Oklahoma City area for over 28 years, and the founding family's construction background stretches back over 45 years. SEMCO builds custom and semi-custom homes, barndominiums, and steel building structures, and also handles residential remodeling and commercial work, which makes it a fit for buyers who want either a shell or a fully finished barndominium.

Clients can build on their own land or work from SEMCO plans. The build process runs through 4 phases: design and planning, pre-construction covering site prep and permits, the construction phase, and a final walkthrough, with more than 7 client walkthroughs along the way. A typical home takes 9 to 11 months from foundation to completion.

SEMCO backs its work with a 10 year structural warranty plus a 1 year builder warranty, and partners with AMC Mortgage to help clients arrange financing.
