PCS Structures Inc. builds modular structures under its Shedi brand from 3 New York locations: Haverstraw, Goshen, and Kortright. The product line runs from backyard work and hobby spaces through Shedi Dwellings, its accessory dwelling units, up to Shedi Barndos, full-size homes, along with garages, gyms, and commercial buildings.

Every build uses structural insulated panels rather than stick framing, which the company points to for airtightness, energy efficiency, and faster assembly, since prefabricated panels are erected on site. PCS delivers shell structures: customers finish the interior themselves or contract that work separately. The process runs in 4 stages, starting with conceptual design and feasibility research, then permitting assistance and engineered drawings, then construction and project management with subcontractors, then safety oversight.

Engineered drawings are included with every build at no added charge. The company runs a photo and video reporting system it calls 1BoS so customers can follow progress in real time, and it backs its work with a Love Your Shedi guarantee. Financing is available through a partnership with HFS Financial.
